I have been working at Filmkameratene with the animated movie Elias & Kongeskipet (eng. Elias and the Royal Yacht) since September 2005.
The first Teaser Trailer from the movie is now released on YouTube.

Since I wrote the Twist Modelling Tutorial I’ve come up with a new way of creating the “segments” for the spiral using deformers.
I probably won’t write another version of the tutorial any time soon, but here is a screencapture showing how I do it.

Here is another peek at my struggle to make modelingtools with MEL for Maya.
This time it’s a “Build End” script.
I’m planning to release these scripts as a part of a “cbModellingTool” package as soon as I get the time to sit down and clean up some of the code and setting up a toolkit “system” for them all to work together.
